The celestial one is the best imo, however it doesnt match to every armor and if u take a closer look its not very worked out

I use 40% hct staves of enchanting for each attribute.

Air = Dolyak Prod Staff
Earth = Earth Staff (Obsidian skin)
Fire = Destroyer Staff
Water = Iceblood's Warstaff (It's a green, but it uses the astral staff skin dyed white and it has the stats I like to use. ^^)

The Bo Staff's elegance is it's simplicity, where other staffs range from weird candy looking to ridiculous, the bo staff is there to offset this. It also dyes really well. Mine is silver and goes well with vabbian. I like the dead staffs for the same reason, and used to use flint's flesh cleaver back in the day.

If I could get my hands on them I'd use a forbidden staff, any of the canthan skin ele staffs, hell any canthan staff period, pretty loot in that game, just wish you could inscribe em....

The problem I have with staffs from after NF is that they only drop with the primary att, and rarely attached to like fire or healing or whatever. I like to use staffs as 20%/20% HCT with an enchant mod for the att I'm using. Occasionally Ill take the 10%/10% HCT if I'm using a couple different atts or PvE spells but they're less useful if I want to use only 1 att... I wish there were inscriptions that had 20% HCT of a specific att, like there's the +1 20% staff wrappings, then you could duplicate some of those funky pre NF staffs. That's the other issue with staffs, before NF getting a staff with a decent inscription was hell, you had to use collecters stuff, greens or pay out your ass. Like I have a R9 Divine Favor Holy Branch with 20% HCT smiting, what the hell am I supposed to do with that... Then there's the R13 earth HCT blood 19% that I always seem to get....

Tengu staff look really nice on ele. You should go for that.
Otherwise, Tormented staff (my favorite weapon set) also look good.
